Time to get on with it!

You could be forgiven for thinking that I have been 

struck down by some strange, never-before-seen malady 

abducted by extra-terrestrials and subjected to weird experiments, travelling deep in space

pursued to the ends of the earth by flesh-eating zombies

having an existential crisis brought on by the return of the X-Factor

flattened by an escaped hippo on the streets of Weston-Super-Mare.

In fact, the simple truth is I just haven't felt the right inspiration for blogging these last, many, weeks. Life shifted a gear, not in any bad way, but just enough to put me off my stride, and the thing that got jettisoned was my blogging time.  But I've finally reached the point where I am missing it, so here I am, determined to climb back on board...

Today I'm just going to fool around with the design, as it is looking a little unseasonal. But I'm planning to try and post a little something every day till I am back in the swing of things.  Let's see if I can keep up with my high ideals!
